Simba Quest for Top Position Against Mgambo Shooting

SIMBA
MGAMBO SHOOTING
Match 4- Wed 18 Sept, 16:00
National Stadium, Dar

Simba will host Mgambo Shooting in a Vodacom Premiership clash knowing victory will guarantee them a second position or take them to the top spot if JKT Ruvu falls to Ruvu Shooting.

Abdallah Kibadeni, Simba's tactician is wary of army sides having been forced to a 2-2 draw by Rhino Rangers before narrowly edging out another army outfit, JKT Oljoro to bag his first league win.

With no injuries concern to key players, Kibadeni will be spoilt of selection choices as he sets out his team for a third consecutive win to up their league momentum.

Their next three fixtures will see them take on Mbeya City (Home), JKT Ruvu and Ruvu Shooting (Both Away).

Mgambo Shooting have won a single match and lost two after three rounds sitting at position nine on the Vodacom Premiership log with three points. Their form has been poor having won only two of their last six league matches. Scoring has been a problem, they have scored two goals and conceded seven in their last six league games.

In Head-to-Head stats: The two sides have met twice, drawing once and Simba emerging victorious in the other tie.
